Foreign Transcripts
International students who have attended a foreign educational institution (high school, college or university), must have the foreign transcripts evaluated and translated into English to be considered for admission into Beulah Heights University.
Evaluated foreign transcripts are used to verify that an applicant meets the minimum qualifications in the discipline for which they are applying.

Evaluation Process
Option 1:
Third-Party Evaluation
If your college or university education was completed outside of the United States at a school that is not regionally accredited in the U.S., third-party evaluations are required for the courses to be recognized as equivalent to a U.S. high school, baccalaureate, or graduate-level work.
Students should request a document-by-document evaluation including a grade point average (GPA) be sent directly to the Office of Admissions. Transcripts will need to be translated into English before an evaluation can be processed.

All transcripts must come through a secured
database directly to admissions@beulah.edu.
(i.e., Parchment, National Student Clearinghouse,
Escrip-safe,etc.…).

Option 2:
Preliminary In-House Evaluation
The student has the option to provide the official transcript to the University for a preliminary in-house review by the Academic Office to determine if a formal evaluation is needed.
All transcripts MUST be translated into English to be considered for review.
Students who choose Option 2 must complete the form listed below is to request an initial evaluation of foreign transcripts. The Academic Team will review the document to determine if the transcript is deemed qualifying for the desired degree program.
