About Our Program
The Associate of Arts in Religious Studies prepares students for ministry within the context of culture and the church. Our curriculum is tailored to expose students to humanities, sciences, and professional studies, all taught from a Christian worldview.
Program Features
- Flexible: Classes are offered online and at all Georgia locations (Atlanta, Marietta, and Duluth) with daytime and evening options.
- Personalized: Small class sizes allow for direct interaction with our faculty.
Accredited: BHU is dually accredited by the Association for Biblical Higher Education (ABHE) and the Transnational Association of Christian Colleges and Schools (TRACS).
Requirements
The Admissions Process: Step-by-Step
Step 1: Application & Identification
- Complete the application online at www.beulah.edu/applynow.
- Pay the $50.00 non-refundable application fee.
- Submit proof of identification (Driver’s License, ID Card, or Passport).
Step 2: Reference Form
Submit a Personal Reference Form completed by a non-family member who has known you for at least six months.
Step 3: Official Transcripts
Submit one of the following:
- Official High School/Secondary School transcript.
- Passing GED test scores.
- A conferred Associate Degree from an accredited institution.
Submission Note:
- Send documents from Steps 1 and 2 to admissions@beulah.edu
- Transcripts must be sent by mail or through a secured electronic database (e.g., Parchment) directly to the university.

Tuition & Financial Aid
- Estimated Tuition: Approximately $23,232 (based on the 2025-2026 fee schedule).
- Financial Aid: Complete the FAFSA at www.fafsa.ed.gov using School Code: 030763.
- Review: Following the receipt of all documents, the Admissions Committee will notify you of their decision within 7–10 business days.
