Dr. James B. Keiller is Senior Advisor to the President for Institutional & Corporate Affairs, Beulah Heights University; he served as Vice President and Dean for Academic Affairs, Beulah Heights University, Atlanta, Georgia, a position he held from August 1964 to December 2013 (49 years). He also served as Global Missions Director and a member of the Executive Committee and General Board of the International Pentecostal Church of Christ headquartered in London, Ohio. He held both positions from August 1964 to December 2007. He is an ordained Minister with the Evangelical Church Alliance.

He served as a member of the Board of Trustees and Executive Committee of the Beulah Heights University (formerly Beulah Heights Bible College) for 27 years; served on the Executive Board of Mt. Paran Christian School which is owned and operated by Mt. Paran Church of God for 12 years; served as a member of the Executive Committee and as Executive Secretary of the Southern Accrediting Association of Bible Colleges for 20 years; served as a member of the Board of Trustees, Georgia District, Kiwanis International.

He is a member of and has held leadership positions in numerous professional, civic, fraternal, and religious organizations, namely, the American Institute of Parliamentarians; Independent Order of Foresters; Academy of Political Science; Evangelical Theological Society; America Academy of Religion; Society for Biblical Literature; Association for supervision & Curriculum Development; American Association of Collegiate Registrars & Admissions Officers; Society for Values in Higher Education; National Association for Alternative Certification; Intercollegiate Studies Institute; Oxford Club; National Association of Scholars; College of Teachers; American Board of Master Educators; Association of College Administration Professionals; Kappa Delta Pi (Honor Society in Education); and the American Conference of Academic Deans.

Dr. Keiller was designated as a Distinguished Past President, Kiwanis International, and served as Lieutenant Governor, Georgia District, Kiwanis International 1986-1987. He is the recipient of various awards for outstanding professional accomplishments and community service. Some of these acknowledgements include: Who’s Who in the World; Who’s Who in American Education; Who’s Who in Religion; Who’s Who in the South & Southwest; Who’s Who in America; Personalities of the South; Outstanding Educators of America; Director of Educational Specialists; Two Thousand Men of Achievement; International Who’s Who in Community Service; Who’s Who in the United States; Who’s Who Among America’s Teachers; and Outstanding Atlantans.

Dr. Keiller’s educational background and accomplishments include: Attended Atlanta Law School; Diploma. Beulah Heights Bible Institute (now Beulah Heights University); B.A. (Biblical Education) William Carter College; LL.B. Blackstone School of Law; M.A.R., B.D., Th.D., Evangelical Theological Seminary; M.A. (Educational Administration & Supervision) Atlanta University (now Clark Atlanta University); Ed.S. (Educational Leadership with a concentration in Management) Georgia State University; Completed doctoral coursework & residency requirements for Ph.D., (Educational Leadership/Management) Georgia State University; Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies in Higher Education Leadership, Northcentral University; doctoral studies in Higher Education Leadership, Northcentral University; completed the program of the “Institute on College Admissions,” Harvard University, Graduate School of Education, as well as additional professional studies in the John F. Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University. He received the Honorary Doctor of Divinity (D.D.), from Heritage Bible College.

Dr. Keiller, the son of a minister and denominational official, was born in Racine, Wisconsin to Dr. & Mrs. James A. Keiller. He is the former Senior Pastor, Maranatha Temple, Boston, MA, and former Senior Pastor of the Midland Full Gospel Church, Midland, MI. He has been married to the former Darsel L. Bundy of Elizabeth City, NC for 56 years. The Keiller’s have one married daughter, Susanne Keiller-Couch, one (1) grandchild, and two (2) step-grandchildren.
